What we are providing
Strategic Consulting for Complex Challenges
Bold transformation starts with clarity, collaboration, and a future-ready strategy.
I partner with forward-thinking organizations to solve the right problems in the right ways—whether you're designing a new service, evolving your strategy, or preparing for what's next. My work bridges design, foresight, and organizational change to drive smart, sustainable progress.
My Process: A Four-Stage Framework
I offer a structured, human-centered approach tailored to the needs of each client. While every engagement is unique, my process follows four strategic stages:
01. Diagnose
Understand the root problem
Before proposing solutions, we take time to understand the current landscape—what’s working, what’s not, and why. Through research, stakeholder interviews, and systems mapping, we surface insights that reveal the true nature of the challenge.
Outcomes may include:
- Problem framing and opportunity assessment
- Research synthesis and user insights
- Systems analysis and experience audits
02. Align
Facilitate shared understanding and direction
With clarity on the challenge, we bring stakeholders together to align around a clear vision, goals, and principles for moving forward. This step lays the foundation for buy-in, focus, and collaborative momentum.
Outcomes may include:
- Strategic goal-setting and visioning workshops
- Team alignment sessions
- Shared design criteria or north star strategy
03. Design
Develop strategy, tools, and solutions
From co-created concepts to detailed service blueprints, we translate strategy into action. This phase is highly participatory, drawing from design thinking, foresight, and innovation methods to ensure solutions are both effective and feasible.
Outcomes may include:
- Strategic roadmaps and implementation plans
- Service design and innovation toolkits
- Prototypes, journey maps, and experience models
04. Activate
Support implementation and ongoing discovery
A strategy is only valuable if it’s put into practice. I provide support for activating your plan—facilitating rollout, building internal capabilities, and enabling continuous learning and iteration.
Outcomes may include:
- Team training and capability building
- Advisory support and embedded consulting
- Measurement strategies and feedback loops
