The [Redacted] Program is a high-profile, high-pressure new priority. Because the program business areas were being stood up simultaneously alongside our digital services, all our product teams had to navigate an extraordinary degree of ambiguity and build new business processes from scratch. Amidst this chaos, Roxi shined. Roxi and I worked together on one of the most exciting initiatives I've been involved in at Spotify. Our goal was to create a product development model for machine learning projects in Spotify's commerce platform. Roxi had already produced high quality customer intake models for our commerce platform and I was recommended by senior leadership to consult Roxi to achieve this goal. Roxi helped me define and communicate the model to stakeholders by asking all the right questions. She helped me iterate and eventually present the complex machine learning development model in a clear and comprehensible manner.

Roxi is a celebrated figure amongst the team at RBC Digital. Not only is she a passionate design researcher but also an exceptional mentor.
